This advanced program provides a detailed examination of Nikah (Marriage) and Talaq (Divorce) according to the Hanafi school of thought. Following a rigorous academic and spiritual methodology, the course integrates original Arabic texts, scriptural evidence from the Qur’an and Sunnah, and the application of Ijma and Qiyas. Special attention is given to the prioritisation of evidences unique to the Hanafi Fuqaha, internal school fatwas, and the incorporation of Islamic poetry to enrich the linguistic and legal analysis.
